## 1. General

By placing an order on KukirinStors, you agree to the following terms of sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.

## 2. Products

All products sold on Cheap Escoots are original Kukirin electric scooters sourced from verified EU stock. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

## 3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

## 4. Orders

By completing checkout, you submit a binding purchase offer. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, payment issues). You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled.

## 5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store your payment details.

## 6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

## 7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at our support email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

## 8. Warranty

All Kukirin scooters come with a standard manufacturer warranty. If you experience a defect covered under warranty, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

## 9. Liability

Cheap Escoots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

## 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which our business is registered. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
